Osama is a registered Indian lawyer and a Senior Associate at Binnacle Legal. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. In his role, he divides his time between India and the UAE, supporting the firm’s growing presence across both regions.
Osama’s practice focuses on maritime and admiralty law, with over half a decade of experience across both dry and wet shipping matters. He has advised clients in private practice as well as in his capacity as in house counsel with leading organisations in the maritime sector. His experience spans a wide range of shipping claims and disputes, including charterparties, bills of lading, containers, crew claims, maritime casualties and security actions including ship arrest.
